Kari Frankenhaeuser has an extensive experience from several industries. He started his career in metal and professional audio industries and moved on to work with power supply systems in the 1990's. In 2001-2007 Frank held sales and marketing positions acting as Senior Key Account Manager and VP, Sales and Marketing at Efore Oyj and Elcon Solutions Oy. Before joining Vivacon Oy, he acted as President of Elcon Solutions

Juha K Lehtola

Juha K Lehtola

Juha K Lehtola has a background in the consumer goods industry. In 1991-1998, he held various sales, marketing and management positions at Marli Oy. and at Raisio Plc.
Juha joined Stora Enso in 1999. He first acted as Managing Director of Stora Enso Packaging in Poland and later on held a number of positions related to new business ares of Stora Enso Enso in Stockholm, Imatra and Helsinki..
Juha joined Fiskars in March 2009 and acted as President, Buster Boats at Inha Works until the business was divested to Yamaha Motor Group. He continued in this role until April 2021 when he started to work as an independent consultant, enterpriser and board professional. During his term Buster Boats transferred through both acquisitions and organic growth into being a leading boat producer in Northern Europe.

Juha K Lehtola is a 1992 graduate of the Turku School of Economics, where he earned a Master's degree in Economics.

Pia Lehtola
Certified coach, M. Sc. (Econ)

Pia has a broad experience from sales and human resources management. She started her career in sales and later on acted as Quality Manager, Business Unit Manager and finally as Director HR at Citywork Ltd. in 2016-2019, she worked for LMI Finland as a Business Coach. She holds a Master's degree from Turku School of Economics and is a certified coach. On top her role as a business coach, she also manages her own bakery and restaurant business Pian Pakari & Bistro. Pia's role at Vivacon is organizational development and coaching, both one-to-one and in groups.

Oscar Moctezuma MBA

20+ years international experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Materials Management,  Distribution, Control and Warehousing. SAP/MM  Areas of functional expertise include: end to end DSN optimisation, Sourcing, Capacity Planning,  Customer Service and Cost driven. Collaboration and cross functional cooperation with large multinational companies,  including LG Electronics, Invensys Controls, Nokia Corporation, and West Control Solutions, focus  on Purchasing and Procurement of Electronic components The Body Shop International, and Kimberly Clark Professional Europe, focus on Logistics and Transport Optimisation, inventory Control and Deployment of Finished Goods. And Fiskars Group, to provide alternatives for contract manufacturing, Product Transfer to Latin America. Bilingual (English-Spanish)
